US VP can't follow simple written instruction, NASA can't write them

So on a visit to Kennedy Space Center, Mike Pence ignores Nasa 'do not touch' sign.

I'm not sure what is more concerning - that someone in his position can't follow the instructions of a sign so prominent that he is almost touching it, or that whoever wrote the sign (presumably a NASA employee) doesn't know what quotation marks are used for (there's a hint in the the name). If you want to be very generous and uber-pedantic, you could almost say thet the common misusage of quote marks was a sarcastic instruction to do exactly what he did, but somehow I doubt that's what the space agency was shooting for...
